bored and tired of a classical way of eating broccoli? let’s spice things up a little. here is a simple, fast and tasty idea how to prepare it.
you will need:
– broccoli (0.5kg)
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 table spoons of olive oil
– 2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar
– 1 table spoon of brown sugar
– pinch of salt and pepper
preparation:
1. cut of the stalk and remove leaves from the broccoli
2. chop it into medium sized florets
3. prepare one zipper plastic bag for food packaging
4. place broccoli inside of it together with squeezed by the crusher garlic, balsamic vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper
5. shake the bag till all ingredients mix together and leave it for about 2min so all the flavors will merge
6. take out broccoli from the bag and spread onto a sheet pan
7. preheat oven to 200C and roast vegetables for about 20min (turning over sides somewhere in the middle)
* you can sprinkle prepared snack with grated parmesan cheese
