today I prepared very popular and what is more important quick&simple breakfast idea – porridge. it’s not only easy to make but also full of goodness and will provide all the energy you need for a long and busy day.
you will need:
– Scottish porridge oats
– milk
– boiled water
– peach/banana/berries or any other fruit you like
– pinch of Goji berries/sunflower seeds/pumpkin seeds/nuts
– pinch of salt and sugar
pour boiled water from the kettle on oats and stir it. then place them in a pot and add milk. boil it and mix it time to time. serve with selection of favorite fruits and other toppings (you can use the ones I have suggested above). enjoy!
