friday quick and yummy treat in 15min

after a long and busy week, usually we are too tired to even think what to cook for dinner. that is why my flatmate came up with quick and easy meal that even a 10 year old can make.

you need:

– parma ham

– rocket salad

– cherry tomatoes

– toast bread

– mozzarella

– olive oil

– balsamic vinegar

– pine nuts (decoration)

– salt and pepper

Warm up oven to 180C. During that time place washed rocket salad on a plate with sliced tomatoes. Take a baking tray and place 2-4 toasts of bread. Put on them mozzarella (sliced into three equal parts) rolled in parma ham. Then place it in the oven and leave it for 10min. After that time take it out and put ingredients on salad. Garnish with pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
